I am an education and organizational development professional with extensive experience across international education, nonprofit leadership, and global mobility. I specialize in supporting international schools, families, and organizations through evidence-based practices that improve systems, strengthen programming, and enhance cross-cultural educational experiences.

My work includes conducting needs assessments, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation for international schools, as well as advising families on selecting appropriate educational pathways abroad. I also support organizations in hiring international talent through tailored global mobility solutions.

I draw on lived international experience, including raising three children who graduated from an IB World School and now attend universities in Europe. I hold an MSW focused on systems theory, management, and community practice, and I am currently a doctoral researcher at the University of Bath, where my research examines teacher retention in IB World Schools in Germany.
